With the fourth debt paid off, that means I’ll get my first side room tomorrow! I’ll need to rearrange my main room to account for the hole in the wall, and send lots of two-line letters to get new furniture, because I have nothing to put in the new room. :/ Also of note today, we had a visitor in town: the crying lost kitten, Katie — she’s so cute! :3 But Twisk looks like she’s thinking “oh, what a bother!”

I’m happy with how things went in Dafdilly today! I paid off my third debt (for the final expansion of the main room), so tomorrow I will get a new room — upstairs, I think? Maybe I’ll put fruit furniture in there since I’ve already collected a fair amount from those sets. I also got two new pictures from my neighbors, and grew an orange pansy, my third hybrid in Dafdilly. 🙂 Rod is moving away, which I’m fine with because I have his picture to remember him by, and it will be fun to see who moves in next!

I didn’t play much in Dafdilly yesterday, partly because I spent time looking for the perfect town on my other gamecard, and partly because Nook’s was closed for remodeling and I was disgusted with all the items littered on the ground that I couldn’t sell. It was thunderstorming, though, and I do love stormy nights in Wild World.

I finally found a — well, I won’t say perfect, but suitable — town with my main goals in rebuilding fulfilled last night. It took many resets, but could have been worse, and I think the time spent was worth it, especially considering how long you can play this game! I only explored a town if I was intrigued by the layout Pelly showed me, and if I saw a house type I didn’t like, I turned it off. If the house types were promising, I time-travelled ahead to see what the other house types were.
