In this post, I’ll share more villager transfers to Kammile’s town StarCity, as well as a WiFi with Kammile, Jemma, and a new friend, Usagi! 🙂 There’s not much to share about my own town because it’s actually several days behind.

My town is behind partly because it’s under construction. I plan on re-arranging all my flowers (they’ve been pretty much the same for a while now), and I’ve been working on new patterns on the computer. The only ones I’ve tested in my town so far are for my new side path:

I figured since my main path is cobblestone, my side paths should also be cobblestone rather than brick.

This version is for grassy areas with lots of trees, but I don’t like it as much as the plain one on dirt. It bothers me how obvious the edges are, so I’m probably not even going to end up using these side paths.

Also, I’m kind of torn on what to name my second AC:WW town now, so I hope you can help me out by voting in this poll:

Not long after transferring Peanut to Kammile’s town (covered in my last post), she had another free spot in her town for another dream neighbor to move in from one of my extra gamecards. 😀 She gave me a list of her favorite neighbors and I reset until one of them showed up. Fortunately, it didn’t take long for Goldie to show up in one of the towns, and it didn’t take too much time-travelling to get her to move out either. If there’s a neighbor you’ve always wanted in your town, I’d be happy to use this method to help move him or her in — just let me know!

Once Goldie was in the ninth slot of this temporary town, my character Violet (the name I will use for my second AC:WW town’s main character) went to Kammile’s town. It’s always a treat visiting StarCity because Kammile is so often changing things up and adding new patterns! 🙂

Like this new fountain she made, which is near the gate, à la City Folk.

Kammile’s made a beautiful park on her island! I was actually planning something similar for mine (well, a fountain and maybe a few benches), but I don’t have nearly as much room. 😆 StarCity’s island is quite large, and without any villager house locations on it — which is pretty rare!

Another fountain is in the center of her park! I love the little adornments on the fountain, and I think she did a great job modifying my side path to match the new grass.

The jacob’s ladders work really well here, I like this spot a lot.

And also the cosmo garden right below it and near the beach.

I liked the spot so much, I decided it was a good place to blow the dandelion puff I was holding ^^

But this is my favorite spot of all in her park! I love roses in AC:WW because they come in the most amount of colors. ❤

Kammile was kind enough to lend me money to get a haircut — thanks! This is the haircut I plan on using the most for my main character (the real Violet 😛 ) in my second AC:WW town, Trildale/Nimrodel.

Conga line at Nookington’s! I got a clearer shot than this, but I like this one because of Kammile’s cute smile ^_^

And I got this weird, juxtaposed picture when we both stepped out of Nookington’s: my head, Kammile’s shirt and hat, both of our roses, my cosmo, etc. 😛

Then Kammile wanted to visit the temporary town where her Goldie came from. Even though there’s not much to do, she says she likes to see new towns, which I can agree with. Seeing all the different maps makes resetting less boring. 😛

We both liked the bright trees, a result of time-traveling ahead until Goldie moved out.

Ooh, Bob’s in this town! He’s one of my own dream neighbors. 😀 (I know I could get all my favorite neighbors quickly by doing this same method, but I figure it would be too easy, and I would miss out on meeting different animals.)

On Thursday Kammile had another free spot in her town after kicking out Alfonso, and this time Puddles was the first of her favorite neighbors to show up while resetting. So here we are in a different temporary town, evident only by the fact that the trees are a different color in this one. ^^ I’m glad that all of the neighbor transfers have worked so far. 🙂

And now we’ve arrived at today, my first four-player WiFi session in a while!

Kammile opened her gates this morning, so I was off to StarCity again, where I met up with Jemma along with a new friend, Usagi, who is Nigra from Tropica. 😀 She’s thinking of making a blog, so I hope we see a lot more of each other. Edit: She’s made one!

I was actually the fourth person to join the party when I first arrived, but unfortunately WiFi crashed a few times >_<, so this was later on.

We all went over to “greet” Jemma 😆

Then we moved our net fight to this ring of trees, the proper arena Kammile set up. 😈

I like this dense wooded area near her waterfall (I wish I could get my trees this perfect!) and her new snail constellation 😀

After another WiFi crash, Usagi invited us to her town Tropica! Here we all are at the gate, admiring the vibrant and fitting town flag.

Usagi guided us straight to her character Nigra’s house, but…

Kammile and I couldn’t get in, so we waited patiently outside for our turn. 😛

My turn~ What an amazing entrance with those Ionian columns! 😮 In my art history class we’re studying the three ancient Greek architectural orders — Doric, Ionic, and Corinthian — so it’s pretty fun seeing them in AC:WW. 😛

I love the classic elegance of the main room 🙂

The left room was unique and vibrant, and the gyroids added so much to the music.

I met up with Jemma in Nigra’s exotic right side room. I get an exotic vibe from her whole house, actually, especially with the music choices!

I enjoyed trying out all the instruments in her back room!

Jemma had to leave to do schoolwork, and I should’ve probably followed her example (I have a lot of work to do this weekend!), but I thought I could stay a little while longer. 😛

Usagi has several well-done Zelda dresses that she showed us:

Yay, I got to meet Usagi’s Kid Cat, who’s actually from a different town. I like that town name, Meadow 🙂

After playing a few games, like shaking all the trees to see how many bells we could find, and searching for dandelions… I knew after a while I would have to get going and stop procrastinating my schoolwork. 😛 Usagi was offline, so I said goodbye to Tropica by writing on the bulletin board and sending a few letters, and then I went home. Thanks for having me over, Kammile and Usagi, I had a great time and I hope we can do it again soon. 🙂
