AC:NL QR Codes

  • Click on the link or preview image, or right click > open link in new tab, to view the QR Codes. If they appear small on your browser, try zooming in.
  • These are patterns I’ve made for my AC:NL towns and AC:HHD projects, but you are free to use them!
  • Please just don’t claim the patterns as your own, or re-distribute without credit.
  • If you use a pattern and post about your town on social media, giving credit or a link back somehow is always really appreciated and helps me out. 🙂
  • PLEASE DO NOT ASK ME TO POST THINGS THAT ARE NOT POSTED
(ie. odds and ends, seasonal recolors… Please respect that I have a lot on my plate. I don’t like the feeling that I’m required to share every little thing I make, when nothing here was commissioned.)

Mosaic Path QR Codes

I made two versions of the same path, inspired by the in-game mosaic tile & wall. Each has 28 pieces:

Star motif version: Horizontal (6) | Vertical (6)

Sun motif version: Horizontal (6) | Vertical (6)

The corner pieces for both version are the same:

Top left corner (4) | Top right corner (4) | Bottom left corner (4) | Bottom right corner (4)

Spaced Bricks QR Codes

I began this as a project to re-create my similar path for Wild World, but never finished. I think I was daunted by how much work it would be to make all the pieces blend in at all times of year, and also got distracted by my own town projects. It’s really hard for me to have the same motivation to finish a path when it’s not for my own town, I’m so sorry! I’ll share what I have so far, and it’s possible I might finish it one day.

  1. I want the QR code for the fairy tale bridge path on the sides mostly the right side I have the middle

    • Hello! I found and LOVE your sun mosaic path. I can’t get my switch app to work to download these qr codes. I was wondering if you’d have these available on your new horizons creator app?

  2. Hi Amy! I made a fairytale path based on your wonderful path series, but using a standard brick style instead of you super beautiful design! The similarities are the blue border, which I took massive inspiration from you for!

Would you mind if I posted these to the Reddit AC forum? I’ll credit you for inspiration of course!

    Thanks!
    Tara

  3. Can you pretty please post the QR code that for the sun mosaic path you finished very recently? It’s gorgeous and I’m trying to recreate it on my own but I just can’t

    • Sure, I did it…just for you ^_^ Well I was going to post them eventually, once I made my new dream address, but with your comment, figured why not go ahead and do it now 🙂

  4. Hi! I just recently started playing ACNL. My daughter received a Nintendo 3DX as a gift, and purchased me one as well. Now I’m hooked! Lol 😆 I love your Sun Mosaic pattern for ACNL! Beautifully designed and the colors are gorgeous!

  5. I’m just wondering, how do you create your patterns like that? I find them very interesting and colorful. Any advice you want to give me?

  6. These are all amazing. Someone showed me your moon pond and was wondering if you have the code for that as it’s amazing

  7. Hello!!
I absolutely love all these paths. I’m finally getting somewhat close to my dream town, and I used a lot of inspiration on the wood/brick path. Will there be a vertical version soon? I love them 😍💗💗
    Thank you for everything!!

    • Thank you!! I definitely hoped to finish this path sometime, though I’m not currently working on it at this time, so we’ll see! So many things I want to do, so little time! 😆 Glad to hear it, it always feels good to be almost done with a town. ^^

    • I’d love to help! I have all the marble QR codes on this page, if you look closely at the easels. The ones I use around the moon-garden fountain are here and here, if that helps.

The only marble tiles that I don’t have posted on this page are the ones that are like half/broken tiles with grass on the edges, like in this picture. I didn’t include those because they aren’t going to be very versatile or usable in other towns. Those half-marble tiles only blend in to the specific spaces along the path in that one spot in my town. But all the other marble patterns are on this page, and you can also get all the patterns I’ve used in my town through Wendell if you find him in my dream (4F00-001F-F5E6).

  8. for those of us who don’t have ACNL and are still playing ACCF or ACWW is it possible to post a screenshot of the full moon mosaic design that isn’t a QR code (since we can’t use them on older game models)

    • You can use this tool to do that, if you take the time to crop just the QR code image and upload it there:
      https://www.thulinma.com/acnl/
I’m sorry, I haven’t shared pixel instructions for AC:NL because the QR codes are a way for credit to be given, since the QR codes are tied to my characters in Citalune. If I share the pixels, someone could copy them and re-upload their own QR codes and share them around, and I’m not comfortable with that. I do feel bad when it’s just honest situations like this, though!

  9. Hi.
I’ve gone to your town a few days ago.
And I found the tile named half marble in your town.
I’ve really wanted to get the pattenrs but I’ve only got two patters of half marbles.
I couldn’t find it in yourblog, either.
Would you mind give me whole patterns?
I’ll be waiting to hear from you.

    • Hi, I actually only made two half-marble tiles! The reason why I made those two half-marble tiles was to resolve an awkward diagonal area on a small part of my path. I didn’t intend for the half-marble tiles to be part of a path set for others to use (and I didn’t think that others would want to use them, since they aren’t very versatile), so that’s why the half-marble tiles aren’t listed here. I have the whole/single marble tile posted here, though: https://aforestlife.files.wordpress.com/2019/02/white-marble-with-purple-tinge-qr-code.png

      • That’s why only two tiles are in your… your pocket…(I don’t know the character’s English name😂)
I think the tiles are versatile and there’ll be more people with the same problem than you think. I’m one of them.
        Anyway, thanks for your answer!!
Hope you could make another patterns!
        Have a nice day:)

  10. I love your design and would really want to use them. However, I am not sure how to import your designs into the game. Are they compatible with Animal Crossing: New Horizons?

  11. Hi!
I made New Horizons designs based on these paths. Would you mind if I posted them (with credit of course)?
    Thanks!

    • It’s just supposed to be a repeating mosaic! So no corners. Something to keep in mind is that the fancier you make stuff like that, the more slots it takes up anyway ^^

  12. Hiya! I’m Owari from Fillory.
I am using your codes! I have gotten a TON of compliments on them too, thank you so much for sharing! I always share this link when they mention them. If you’d like to visit here’s my dream code,
    DA-0488-1866-0354
I’m currently trying to use the sun mosaic but I’m lacking a center tile.

  13. How in the heck are these supposed to work? I’ve followed the instructions to try to save these to NookLink and there is no option to save them. They don’t appear in Custom Designs on my Switch. Do you have a creator code instead? That would make things worlds easier.

    • Hello! Scanning in the QR codes has worked for me and many others. I’m actually using the moon tiles in a NH island of mine right now. Here is an article about it, scroll down to the part about QR codes: https://www.pocketgamer.com/animal-crossing-new-horizons/how-to-scan-qr-codes/

I have creator codes (aforestlife.com/designs), but they are for new designs and not designs from New Leaf. Only so much time in the day and I’ve found it more pressing to work on things for current islands! ❤ Good luck in getting it to work if you're still interested!
